Mike has been in practice since 1994.  He is one of the founding partners of BPR.  Mike specializes in plaintiff personal injury:  auto accidents, motorcycle/bicycle accidents, dog bites, wrongful death, medical malpractice, medical device/product defect cases, as well as health insurance issues. Mike handles both pre-litigation and trial work. He and his established team work cases from intake to final resolution be it settlement, arbitration or jury verdict.  Mike has handled several cases which have resulted in settlements and jury verdicts in excess of $1 million. 

Mike has been featured on KPHO-CBS 5 as their morning news resident legal expert. 

Mike is a faculty member and featured speaker for the National Business Institute and a member of NAPIL. 

On behalf of the State Bar of Arizona's Fee Arbitration Committee, Mike is often appointed to serve as an arbitrator for fee disputes between attorneys and/or their clients.
